Returns & Exchanges

At Soapology NYC, we want you to love your artisanal skincare products; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns on most items within 30 days of purchase. Please ensure items are in their original packaging and unused to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Email our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the unused items in their original boxes, ensuring the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the shipping carton.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location using the prepaid shipping label provided by our team or your preferred tracked shipping method.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our studio inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
