Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. Please allow an additional 1-2 days for order processing as many of our batches are prepared fresh.
What is your return policy for personal care items?
Due to the hygienic nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on used soaps. However, if your order arrives damaged or if you are unsatisfied, please contact us within 14 days for a replacement or store credit.
